We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose Personal Information about visitors under 18 years of age. 1.0 How We Collect Information
1.1 User IP Address
Each time a user visits the Site, our web server automatically recognizes the user’s IP address and the Web page from which the user came. The user’s IP address is used to help identify the user and to gather broad demographic information about the user. We also use IP addresses collected to help diagnose problems with our servers, to administer the Site, and to better serve users in using the services and features of the Site.
1.2 Cookies and Action Tags
The first time a user visits the Site or provides an e-mail address in connection with their activities at the Site, we may assign an identification number to that e-mail address and/or deploy a cookie to the user’s personal computer (PC). Cookies are small bits of electronic information that a website sends to a visitor’s browser and are stored on the visitor’s hard drive. Whenever that user comes back to the Site using the same PC, the cookie allows the Site to identify the user and to recall the user’s e-mail address. These cookies also allow us to provide information and advertisements targeted to your interests and to keep a record of the subjects and portions of the Site you viewed on your visits to the Site. Third parties may also use these cookies to provide you with advertisements regarding information, products and services targeted to your interests. You may remove cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser.
In addition, advertisements displayed on the Site may contain cookies. The companies who serve our advertisements transfer cookies independent of us, and, as such, we do not control the use of such cookies and in many instances have no access to the information collected by them.
Action Tags, Web Beacons and other Data Collection Methods: An action tag or a web-beacon (also known as a clear gif or a pixel tag) is a method used to track responses or actions by visitors who view certain advertisements or other information on a site. Action tags are 1×1 pixel images embedded in a website page that are used to transparently collect information. We may use action tags to count the number of times that visitors click on a particular banner ad, third party link provided on our Site, or visit various pages within our Site and to provide information about what products are viewed or purchased.
1.3 Personal Information
“Personal Information” means information that can be used to identify and contact you. You do not need to submit Personal Information to access certain areas of the Site, but if you do not want to disclose certain Personal Information to us, you will not be able to access certain aspects of the services we offer.
If you wish to register for and receive our email newsletter, we require you to provide us with certain Personal Information, e.g., your name and email address. If, at any time, you provide us with other Personal Information in connection with your activities on the Site (such as name, address, birth date, gender, etc.), we may store that information, along with your email address, in our user database.
2.0 How We Use Personal Information; Sharing of Information with Third Parties
We may use your Personal Information in the following manner:
- to provide you with requested information such as our email newsletter or other information regarding site updates, new products and services, and upcoming events;
- for the purpose for which the information was originally provided by a user;
- to pre-populate information fields in the event a user wishes to sign up for and/or subscribe to services, promotions or offers in the future;
- to ensure that a user will not be repeatedly exposed to the same ads, offers and promotions while visiting the Site;
- to, in connection with regular communication with a user, inform users of offers, promotions or advertisements historically, or likely to be, of interest to that user;
- for customer service;
- to customize a user’s experience on a Site; and
- for our internal business purposes, such as analyzing and managing our business.

2.2 Analytics Services
We may also work with third-party analytics companies to help us understand how the Site is being used, such as data collection, reporting, ad response measurement, website and mobile application analytics, and to assist with delivery of relevant marketing messages and advertisements.
We use Google Analytics, an analytics service provided by Google or other third party analytics services providers (“Analytics Services”) to collect information about your use of the Site. These Analytics Services may collect information about the content you view and your system information and geographic information. The information generated by the Analytics Services about your use of the Site will be transmitted to and stored by the Analytics Services. The information collected by the Analytics Services allows us to analyze your use of the Site.
We encourage you to review your device and browser settings to ensure they are consistent with your preferences, including with respect to the collection and use of information. You may be asked to provide Personal Information or permit the transfer of your Personal Information to a third party in connection with such giveaway, promotion, sweepstake, or content. The identity of such third parties will be disclosed at the point of collection or transfer and you will have a choice of whether or not you wish to permit such transfer or collection of information to a third party.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving marketing communications from us by email, please follow the instructions contained in each email you receive from us describing how you can unsubscribe from receiving further marketing communications from us.

We may use social networking or “share functionality” or links to third-party social media sites or applications that are not owned or controlled by us. We also may allow you to use social media sites or applications to leverage your existing social media site or application accounts to access features of the Site. Your use of these features may result in the collection or sharing of information about you by these sites or applications, depending on the feature.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, any share functionality or the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site or application. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and settings on the social media sites or applications with which you interact to make sure you understand the information that may be collected, used, and shared by those sites. You are subject to the policies of those third parties when and where applicable
